That is what I thought, and I was wrong. That is the magic of India, when you less expect it, it always has a way to surprise you. If you are looking for the best street food kachori, this is your place. Wait for the fresh kachori and try it with custard. Totally worth it.

This richness of this pungent flavor is balanced by the yogurt the unusual combination to be used but once tried it's gets one of the favourite. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their most famous dish is hing ki kachori with dahi(curd), samosas are also good here. Kachori and samosas are medium spicy so even kids can enjoy eating them. The shop is located in a narrow street and is around 400m away from the main road, so coming with a car won't be comfortable.

We can say Jaipur kachori city instead of pink city. I know so many versions of kachori in the city and Puran Ji’s hing kachori is a must try.
You will defiantly eat more than one. If you are kachori fan then control yourself :-) as you may end up eating three four in a shot.
The kachori is less spicy and people eat with curd as well. You can store in freeze too and eat later ?. Samosa and mava kachori can also be tried but you will never forget the hing kachori taste.
The only difficulty is that you can not come by car here, you need driving experience for that.
