β β β β β Extremely rude and arrogant staff. When we went there the first time , they didn't have enough stock and we didn't like what they had. So we came away. When we went again, they were extremely rude, unwilling to show anymore clothes. Also, their clothes are rather old fashioned.

β β β β β Stock was very less when we went to Purbasha few days back. And exchange and return policy is pathetic. We bought some dresses and later found one was defective and another one was of wrong size. We went again for exchange or return. But they didnt refund money saying it was against policy even for the defective product. We needed to take other cloths in exchange even though we didnt like or need them. Also stock was very very limited at that time.
Only good part was that the sales girl was cooperative and willing to show products as much as possible for her.
I am not going there again.
