Whenever I call them They always says by tomorrow service will be done but tomorrow never comes and there service man too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have taken the speaker of my LED tv to repair and despite a month, they have not fixed it. They also charged me the fees. But still the problem continues. And now they don’t even pick up the phone.
They also messed up on my microwave oven, which was supposed to be serviced. But after the service it started shorting. And they took more than 10 days to fix it.
I just don’t know how unprofessionally they are running this franchise in kota.
Pathetic service and very very poor customer response.
