3 Reasons given are
a. Demonetization
b.IFSL crisis
c. Covid 19
4.Actual Reasons with DATA
a.38% stocks asked to exit at losses within 2 years ,one of them being given highest weight-age.
b. 12% stocks is constant under performer with max.weightage still being persisted with it .
c Only 25% of stocks are good performer but having lowest weight-age .
d.No individual portfolio tracking and hence no course correction possible ,even if you bring it to their notice ,they just simply ignore .
e.No defined limit for entry price ,hence no control over a period .
f.25% Stocks given max weightage either exited or are worst performer ,where as other 25% stocks given least weightage have performed good .This indicates POOR ALLOCATION STRATEGY.
5 .No looking back or lesson learnt , stubborn to stick to so called Research which itself is failure .
6.Refusal to help and throw the agreement in your face if you want to exit .
7.Want to have share of profit if portfolio hits target by chance but don't take responsibility for pathetic performance ,instead keep passing blame onto some othe reasons as cited above in 3 a,b,c whereas actual reasons are stated in 4 a,b,c,d,e,f .

Only talks ....very poor returns of 12% even after 4 years against 25% CAGR in 3 years . Less than NIFTY .
WORST is their advise to exist some stocks which have gone up very high and stubbornness to stick to some stock which has become less than 60% in value .
NEVER GO TO THEM .
THERE ARE BETTER ADVISORS IN MARKET WHO TALK LESS AND DELIVER MORE .
