★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kiran is good in his field (as per our previous experience in 2011), but both the doctors and staff don't give much importance to the times of others it seems. It may happen that they might be busy with some emergency or may be stuck in the traffic (these possibility are less coz the staff were in touch with each other over mobile calls)
I had book an appointment over a phone at 9 AM. Our number was 5 in the list and we were call by 11 AM to the clinic. We reached at 10:55AM and waited till 12:30 PM. Both the doctors were not available till 12:30PM. Upon asking the staff about the arrival timings they seemed to be bit rude in communication. Finally the Lady Doctor arrived at 12:32PM.
