★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I did not had a good experience at the purp salon because they did say keratin will smooth the hair and will stay approx. 3+ months but after wash my hair was the same frizy. The person who attended me did not even brief about the keratin service as I would have opted for smoothening than as I wanted straight hair. In the addition when I tried connecting with the owner for the same, he was not even willing to talk and provide any solution to it. He clearly do not know customer handling as I waited there for an hour with half hair done and no one was bothering to help. But luckily there was this one person named Vishal who came to me, calmed me and tried talking to the owner and provided solution by paying a certain amount and doing the smoothening and keratin again. I am so much thankful to Vishal, he did a great job and handled an angry customer isvery well. He is also very good at his service, very professional. I will recommend him if anyone visits and also if I will ever think of visiting this salon again it will only be because of Vishal. Thank you Vishal for your amazing service ?

Please avoid this salon for your hair treatment. Pay a little more at some good brand salon and save your hair.
The guy who did mine dint even realise that he had applied the straightening cream for longer duration , he literally burnt my hair. Customer has to remind them that it’s done , please arrange for a wash.
Ambience was all so dirty and chaotic. Not worth it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online coupon prices are very low , when you visit there after getting lured with their online offers, they will ask more money by giving reasons that this is required and that is required. The money they ask for more services is nearly ~50-% more than the listed value of online coupons. So much hidden costs. Wasted my precious time.
I didnt ask for extra discount on coupon. I was paying 5999 for global + highlights + keratin but the persons were asking 1 k more which was clearly hidden cost and was not mentioned online anywhere. Get your facts corrected and stop promoting false promotions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am putting this review for one of the guy named Danish over there. He is truly good in his services and his behaviour with his clients, he was very helpful and understanding and also making sure to give best to his client.
Although i am disappointed with purp salon as they do not reply to their clients for appointments and its tough taking an appointment with them.
But yes danish made my day, super happy with his keratin treatment service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time for a hair treatment. Mr. Anuj, the Hair Stylist, was extremely professional and expert at providing the service. He recommended me hair color shade that came out really well. Also, he did the entire service with extreme care and dedication. I loved the service. I was scared at first because my birthday is approaching but must say it was indeed an amazing present to have the exact colour desired service delivered.
