★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them thrice, I connected with their Office Person Mr.Partha and he agreed too that he will arrange a meeting with the interior but I was never being contacted ever by him. Seems that they do not want customers or they have certain kind of budget constraint that they are not giving a call back.
I called them up more 4-5 times everything was supposed to be in place, on Sunday the person was supposed visit and timings for which was to be fixed on Saturday. This happened approximately 3 weeks back and as of now I have not received a simple call stating whether we can or we cannot take up your work of just estimating.
Such a poor customer service and Mr.Partha though seemed to be very polished and courteous actually he is not at all.
