★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best building in Bangalore which is at the centre of the city and yet has a really low cost living... It has all kinds of amenities like swimming pool , gym room, party hall, billiards room, table tennis tables. It is a really friendly apartments with monthly get to gathers and other parties.. it is really good to be a owner of a house in Purva Midtown.... Trust me and get a house as soon as possible

Pros:
1) Landscape Garden, Swimming Pool
Cons:
1) High Maintenance charges, since many flats are vacant cause no one is renting flat so very frequently they increase the maintenance charges.
2) Huge move-in and move-out charges to be paid without any justification, old uncles type association.
3) Left exit outside society is closed during rains. Need to take a bigger route. Outside area is not lighted also and can't walk alone in night.
4) Many restrictions cause its old uncle kinda association. no reason just follow it. Even sometimes food you need to collect from gate.
5) By grabbing huge maintenance charges they are saving creating FDs. which isn't logical. Rest choice is yours.

This is one of the worst apartment for tenants. i'll list out the points for your convenience.
1. Move-in/Out charges - 10k
2. They charge hefty maintenance every month and increase whenever they want. Our's got increased from 5k to 8k within 12 months.
3. The Management Committee will not answer to any of your questions because you're a tenant.
4. It's next to railway track so you'll hear railway noise every time.
5. The roads leading to the apartment are pathetic and can't be used at night as there are no street lights and hardy any person there after 8 pm.
6. It's a nightmare if it rains, all the roads are filled with water and you cannot go out.
7. Don't go with the ratings as those are given mostly by the owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my close family friend stays here and so we are a frequent visitor over here. Apartment is good. Landscaping,parking and lift everything is well maintained.
They have good play area for kids. Pool is good. Very neat and clean and well maintained. Pool is surrounded by flats not in a separate area. Club house is good. Gym, dance classes like zumba and yoga are paid.
For almost all festivals programs are conducted. Many cultural events are conducted which makes people connected.
Rent is on a very higher side and maintenance also very high. There is traffic block surrounding the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People who say great amenities have probably not seen better apartments. A small gym without proper ventilation. No where else steam and sauna, club house and other facilities are chargeable by association. The swimming pool is somewhat better but mostly closed. Overall look, feel, quality of the apartment is that of a C Grade G×3 types rather than luxury types such as Purva Venezia or Purva Riviera. Worst is the location next to a Flithy railway line and a dark odorous underpass where people dump animal waste 247. You pay premium view charges for apartment view only to confirm that Modi's Swwach Bharat initiative is yet to be fully implemented in this area. Island effect and Not accessible by cabs or auto or any public transport. Not connected by a good all weather road. So during heavy rains you will be doomed. From outside the paint is peeling off and gives it a look of low cost budget apartment. No asset value appreciation since several years. And finally all existing problems are multiplied several times by an apt association
Caution/Caution: the entry to the apartment involves miles and miles of unnecessary U turns which are choked with traffic and hence take 20 minutes just to come out and good specialized hospital are pretty far away
