Very bad experience of staff behaviour specially taresh owner of this pushkar automobiles her way to tough to customers is very cheap ....dont purchase

Customer Handling very poor. Staff behavior is also very bad. Even Mr. Taresh (MD Puskar Hero) is also egotist person. He didn't want to provide services to customer. He want only profit. ?

PATHETIC - Service, Staff Behavior and Owner As Well. Share the things from starting -: 1st time I go to them for service and told them about smaller issue like- Fuel Tank Cap which is Stuck some time while refueling, Side Mirror Setting, Noise from body. After 3-5 Hours they give me Scotty with only oil change and they said pay the bill and your other pending work will do next time as today is closing time (6:PM). At that time pending work was :- Washing, Polishing, Fuel tank Cap( It was not close properly even there is some air gap, fuel Cap Notification is also not working, earlier it was working) Side Stand indicator also not working. After pay the complete bill, I was asked team to given me in written for the pending works. The Person who take care of the service is said ("Hum kha Bhag ke Ja Rahe Hai") We are here only no need to written you just come will fix it without any charges. After 2 week my 2nd visit - They fill a new form when I give them old bill and from, they said it is our daily practice so we need it again and the write all the pending things as new requirements. They start the process again and not abele to fix any single thing accept Washing. They ask me to buy things for every pending work - For stand you need buy an wire, fuel tank Cap buy new, even Handel buy new. I am saying your team is do the maximum thing, so please fix it from your end. As it is a new condition & 2200 KM and in 5 Year Warranty, so they check in the system and unfortunately it was not cover in the warranty. Then the ask me to pay, I denied to pay and go to the owner office but he was not there. Then I thing he was a sales person he said what happen, After listening me he said owner is only things for profit and the machinic are fresher they got just 4-5 Thousand salary. So it is better to argue with them or owner you fix the pending work outside because he saw some other customer like me before this. "My Good luck" all things they said I need to buy, are fixed from my local Machinic, without buying any new thing and any charges. From Next time I am not going to any Hero service center and also tell the same things my family and friend. Requesting to the Hero Company change management of the Pushkar Automobiles - Hero MotoCorp (Jhajjar) Haryana otherwise they spoil your image. Warmly, Kumar
