★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear All please do not buy own house near these area. The roads are worst, no proper drainage and no garbage disposal arrangement . Think twice before yoy buy. I have a flat at Balaji Samridhi near same location facing problem since 5 year. It is not coming under Nagpur municipal , it is under Wanadongri Nagar prashad . This is my experience which I shared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat in Pushkar spring garden wanadongri . I have paid 50 % in 2019. Possession date was September 2020. They have stopped the construction in Jan 2020 . More the 50 % of construction is pending. anybody has a same kind of issue please contact .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont buy any property here. The builder has sold the project to Mhada. No possesion from 2016 as promised. I appeal to flat owners to go for a legal option against builder for duping customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society for peace lovers. Most of homes are not occupied, so very calm and quiet place to be. Compound is safe and well protected with CCTV and security guards 24*7. Neat and clean surrounding. The connecting road I must say is terrible, otherwise its a good place to be.
