★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a worst place to buy flat. Water is a major problem. There are disputes between builder and buyers due to water shortage and pending work. Bad construction quality. Infra work as promised by builder is pending for so many years. I got rid of my flat at pretty cheap rate.
