★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Pushpam group 10 years back when it was a fledgling company trying to make a mark in the real estate scene in Bangalore and Hosur. I was very impressed with their ideas, and the projects already underway and did visit the Pushpam Woods and Pushpalok which were just coming up.
However, was not in a position to invest then due to lot of travel and 10 years later, despite seeing so many properties in and around Bangalore, something lured me back to Pushpalok like bees to flowers. The group is extremely transparent with an excellent team working in absolute tandem. Their sales executives are eager beavers always at your service I would like to mention the names of couple of them here such as Mr. Syed, Mr. Subeesh, who have been very professional and keen in the desires of the buyers I am very impressed with the quality of construction and the work done. With clear documents, one can invest with their eyes closed in the projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid booking amount for a plot in Pushpam lush county and things didn't go well with their staff because their mgmt is not responsive and only money centric.. when I said we want to cancel booking, they threaten to forfeit my full booking amount. And their property is not ready for registration either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a cheating real estate company. Not registering the flat nor allow to cancel it. Now the company has shifted its office from Jayanagar to unknown place. Nobody lifts the call. Mr.akshay Reddy is one such person.
