★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building Construction is Good, but building projects is not completed till Date. Only Two or three Tower Completed, Only few Family stay here, Rent is very Low, 3BHK Rent Only Rs5,500+500 maintance charge And 2BHK Rs4500+500 Maintance charged (Note - Rent Price depends on landlord ) Rent is very low this area because location is not Developed till date ,light's not available on road, flats are under construction,at Night unsafe for two wheeler person, Presently I'm not Recommended for any Family who hv two wheeler or late night sift office.
