At birth vaccination of newborn baby was not done.
Moreover, not informed about the vaccination program.
This will make newborn vulnerable to life threatening diseases.
Whatever the case with government hospitals but they will not miss at birth vaccination.
This is not tolerable.
If I would have enough time and energy, I would have given them a lesson.
Just pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have given zero star. Although I never rate a hospital, but this has gone way above head. The Hospital is worse than Any Govt. Hospital in terms of facility and Doctors are also not cooperative nor they are listening properly to what a patient has to say.
Unnecessary staffing and money waste. I would suggest let the patient die peacefully at home rather than bringing him/her here.
We waited for 3 hours to be seen by any doctor after an emergency accident. Pathetic! Really Not acceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nursing staff is very lazy expect 1 or 2. They are not supportive, you have to take care of your patient yourself. You can't rely on them. You have to call them multiple times even for simple tasks like changing drops and all.
They also force you to take medicines from their own medical store. This medical store is cheater. He will give you damaged items and will not exchange it.
Think twice before admitting your patient there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a hospital as worse as this. Worst management, illiterate staff and nurses. Doctors are all good but that alone does not make a good hospital. I could not even differentiate between nurse and cleaning staff. They treat patients like a joke. I saw the nurses treating a patient in pain with rude words and attitude. There is no proper management in the hospital. Even in Covid times there is no proper social distancing and people hang there like bees. Nurses are irresponsible and have no sense or either they don't know what they are supposed to do. Hospital is running like a machine. I got admitted there for one day and food they gave me was like served from dustbin. I mean a patient is admitted in the hospital.. and you cannot even provide proper food!!! The food was so disgusting. You give such food to a patient admitted in hospital???
Talking about the room, then the room was proper and clean with all facilities. That is the only good thing I liked there. Dress was clean and blanket was also clean.

Special Disconts for CGHS,EGHS and for RELIANCE EMPLOYEES..
Doctors examines patients in particular time period so first get the schedule for which you are going to consulting a particular Doctor..
Canteen facility also available with genuine price..
Cons:- only one lift is inserted in a single building so you have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for lift
You only have breakfast,lunch and dinner only in waiting room execpt patient.
Doctor are leninent in talking and consulting.
But some of staff persons are not help and not talk with helpfully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in terms of Services, hospitality is very bed, no policy for patient care, nursing care is not satisfactory, staff is disoriented.
Hospital neither have quality policy nor adhered to quality services.
