Very poor cleaning
No Electricity Backup
No tight Security, No camera at every floor
Street Dog are moving in the campus
sewage problem facing by people already residing in campus
No Badminton Court, No Swimming pool
No club as per advertising by builders
There is only fake publicity
Please purchase after getting information from people residing in campus.
In my View Property may not be Purchased such a High Value and not any facility.

NOT RECOMMENDED
Lifts don't work on most of days,
Water supply is impacted almost every other day,
Poor quality of construction
Someone wrote a review on its best and superior quality and I got convinced as he was a resident but unfortunately he was a liar and wrote paid review to made his business.
Don't trust such reviews and come and see yourself the truth.
Visit at your own risk.
Find the images of fallen wall due to minor dust storm.
Seems like towers/flats are at risk as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited here to meet my friend. Entry was good but till the time I stayed at his place there was no electricity and no generator services even he is paying thousand of rupees on the name of maintenance services.
I was planning to buy a property but seems like God has saved me from buying.
Decide to buy at your own risk.
