Pushpashree Cinema Hall পুষ্পশ্রী সিনেমা হল - Howrah

Hall amvience is nice.. ticket price is less compared to multiplex. Seats are new. Leg space is nice. Airconditioning handling has some issue. Exit gate opening is very small . Only one gate was open on 28.12.21. which is very bad ...need manegial action...

I have visited this hall many times before Covid era ...then the screen was better and sound system too . But after this Covid , they have changed their sitting arrangements , which are more comfortable now but screen and sound quality has degraded than before. But it's still one of the best in Howrah and tickets are available at cheaper rates than other movie halls in Howrah. I recently watched Tonic here , experience was good. Price of the tickets are - 112/-( front seats) and in balcony only 10 seats are there priced 325/- . If you go there and book your tickets , no extra charges are applicable but if you book from bookmyshow you have to pay extra 18% GST.

It's not a good experience at all... Seats are not comfortable, picture quality is not up to the mark, sound system is too poor & ladies wash room is horrible. Over all I don't suggest to be there to anyone!!

It's a good cinema hall at low price range and the hall is very clean and sound and picture quality of the theatre is good at the price point.

Till now Pushpasree cinema hall is for loafers and auto rikshaw driver...no gentleman and ladies can't go there to watch cinema and everything of the cinema hall including ac, cold drink shop is just like worthless..I am suggesting all the ladies and gentlemen for not going there...it was my first and last visit to Pushpasree...

I hope there was an option to give minus rating for this place. And I would strongly recommend with all my heart and soul to never visit this place at any cost, even if this were to be the last place to see movie in the world. I had gone to watch RRR with my mom and sister and had booked 3 TTs on book my show for the same. I will be attaching pictures for everything that I say here. We were 10 minutes late to reach the venue due to traffic. I was surprised to see that they had locked the cinema hall boundary gate from inside. I called on them and to our utter surprise the first question was do you have tickets to the movie which was kind of shocking as I was not prepared for but was about to unfurl in front of me. When I went inside I saw 3 people were already sitting there on my place. On being asked to vacate the seat they started abusing and said they had bought the movie tickets. I was not able to still understand at that point about my tickets having been blacked my the people in charge of management. I went to the management and told them about it, at this point they came and requested those people to vacate now and a tussle began. I was with my mother and sister so there was no point of me getting involved there and we kept watching what's ongoing with the movie being on the roll. We felt very humiliated as the other movie goers at this point were very frustrated and started shouting as they could not watch the movie which is actually a genuine issue from their view point. We came out of the hall twice and requested that our money be returned or we would leave anyways. Those people started arguing at this point and were like this is a house full movie few of the kids they came in and sat for the movie. They could not have told a more blatant lie where in they were locking gates on people with ticket but somehow people with no tickets managed not only to come inside but also sit for the movie. They offered us 3 plastic chairs near the exit to see the movie. I don't think anything more humiliating they could have done that too when it was my sister's birthday 27th of March. I just sat there for 5 mins so that I could click some pictures as a proof. I am attaching the proofs and hope this will help other movie goers like me who doesn't want to be harrased.

Overall everything fine . Sound quality is good , every word of the video is clearly audible. Picture quality is very good. If i talk About cleanses then hall is clean. If i talk about money then ticket price is low as compare to other hall.

Old memories come back...In school time I was here with my first love and what I say in have very emotional experience here .This time this hall was housefull and crowd like what say people will destroy the gate for the entry...Now after 8/9 year that crowd is not available but hall changed their interior and seating position.. If u compare with multiplex then movie quality is not same but not bad as per ther price is ok...Because price is so cheap..Only one bad that they accept bookmyshow ticket but not accept credit card on direct booking from counter which is bad..
