I don't know how these people get jobs. Our bill was due on 20th came on 18th Sept without notice saying that the connection will be disconnected.
Asked for bribe. Nothing is going to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I send my person to their department, a man named Vishambhar spoke to me extremely rudely on the phone. I was telling him we don;t have any light. So he said I am not doing him a favour by paying my bills. Then since we have had no power since 12 hours, I call some of their technicians. They come, take one look, take chai paani, still cant resolve the issue. So they blame it on the meter then. They want me to file an application to the authority. I am paying over lakh a month to face these lazy kaam chor morons. The service guy that came, his name was Satyanarayan. Useless people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most corrupt dept in UP. They need extra monies to do any work. In the bills they charge late fee surcharge on every bill. No complain can be made as they dont have any physical or online complain center and no one is bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised to see at this 21st century where almost everything is getting digitalised these people are so outdated.They want you to come back and forth to the office till the time you break up and do what they want, they do no care they pandemic is there and people should avoid going out untill it os very important but they do not care .On my electricity bill they have wrong name,wrong address and the house is locked for last four years and i was never notified or recieved a bill ,no one called me about it and still some how they have geberated a bill of Rs 33000 and my meter is also missing and the electricity department do not know where it is.The employees working there are totally unprofessional they do not know how to talk .
