He asked me to call the number on the website for assistance. I did, number is not working.
Of course we don't expect anything except the platform to make payments. But even basic necessities are removed. Hoping someone who reads this will assist and turn it around.
I doubt any aam admi looks forward to going to the PWD department, stand in line ( especially during covid times) in the humid heat and make payments.
Hope against hope.
