★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and a very bad customer experience. Gave them the design for our brand logo to get a brass dye made for heat embossing. The dye came out tilted, not nearly as the design shared. Above all that it took them more than 10 days to deliver when 4 day delivery was promised. I am sure they are doing great business but i felt that they take their customers for granted. Good luck further.
