★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no issue with construction quality so far but,they lack in providing basic facilities like lift.There are two lifts of which only 1 is operational.They do not have proper Generator backup,most important they do not take any accountability or responsibility for non functional generator and lift.The security at the gate is rude and has no information.We have shifted elderly parents to this apartment(Pyramid city 5) for past 2 months.Since then, every day there is water wastage , Lift issues to the extent that our maid was stuck inside. In spite of escalating to higher authorities, there has been no change .In fact the higher authorities have no idea of whats going on . As we have tried all mediums of getting information about lift/raising concerns/solving problems and nothing has worked out, writing this review is the only option left with a hope that this review will be taken positively and improvements will be done.There are many other petty issues which we too understand is common thing with any new construction but what bothers us is people's attitude and no sense of responsibility which was overflowing while selling the flat to us!

Continuing to write in same review as there is no option to write second review:
This builder is still maintaining(so called) the society as there are many pending works to be completed and hence handover is not done.
Attaching pictures of overflowing Manhole of B wing and hope that can give the readers quality of work and maintenance being done by the builder.
While the world is trying to protect themselves from Corona and even societies are implementing measure to combat.look at the pictures which is breeding ground to all types of mosquitoes and insects.
They have no discipline of maintaining the society or regulating water supply,even the garbage collection is not regular.On top of that if truth is brought to people's attention,the people appointed by builder are pro-active enough to call the writer of the review and complain why it was shared on public forum.
We will continue to write and bring it to people's attention as our hard earned money has been paid to the sub standard builder.
Whether people make note of it or just fall for builder we cannot ignore such things being responsible occupants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction and quality facilities provided here. There are 3 tower A, B and C. There is Club house, garden for children and swimming pool separate for children and men women.
Evry tower has lift to upstairs. Parking facility is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice mini township, good flats. But the location is away from any human habitation! If you don't have your own car, you might have a tough time. And late evenings, nights might give you an increased feeling of isolated living.
It will probably take another couple of years at least before the place lights up with people.
