★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and greedy builder with unprofessional and cheap practices. I have booked a flat in Pyramid Fusion Homes and I have timely paid all the installment before due date but last installment was paid with a delay of 1 month but instead of taking interest on delayed amount they cancelled my booking. I have filed a case against them in RERA for cheating and fraudulent activities done with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and arrogant builder, not even listen customers problems. Pyramid Urban Homes 70A society Maintence is very poor , security is worse and no action from builder side after so many complaints.
My personal suggestion no to go with this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pyramid Infratech might be good builder however there office is poorly managed. They run the schemes of Affordable housing and even after your stars are aligned and you get your name in the draw the real pain starts.
As you only get 15 days for the first 20% of the flat cost to be paid.
They will send out the allotment letter to you via regular post which takes nothing less than 3-4 days.
If you have to apply for a home loan, you get the signatures verified from the bank and take it to the Pyramid office for initiation of builder buyer agreement.
The Pyramid office will asks for an amount of 6500 in CASH for which there is no receipt given. If you ask the lame answer that you get is this fee is outside the flat cost which the buyer has to pay.
After that they will tell you that the Builder Buyer Agreement will take atleast 20-25 days before they can get a date from TEHSIL.
Without that BBA your loan can not be disbursed so overall the buyer’s get stuck in all the paper work and ends up paying extra interest to the builder because the builder already sent the so called advanced notice.

Would not suggest to buy or invest in any of the Pyramid properties...

Construction pace is a little on lower side, but usually delivers on time.
Customer care is very ineffective. Will take calls only one out of ten times if you are lucky that day, however your queries may get resolved if you reach their office. The staff is supportive.
