★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are using your HRMS Service, but your service is very poor. If your Employee is on Leave so you should provide an alternate person to manage us, instead we receive no coordination or assistance from your team. We tried adjusting with your tool but there are thousand flaws which I can write, right here. We are not getting any support and the services are really pathetic from your side. The response time is really late & they don't even care if their client exists. Even we mailed to your implementation team but there's no response from them. So we are planning to move ahead with the new agency that knows what client support is.
