From the security to the reception and everybody else working here are doing a really great job.
I forgot to print a document and bring it with me , usually I have never seen visa offices helping people out with that but ms. Richa Verma was really helpful and she sorted out everything for me.
Ms. Anjana Sharma is really polite and humble. She cleared all my doubts and trust me I had too many of them but she was really patient with me. Thank you QVC staff for an amazing experience and swift service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Experience with qvc was really pleasant. Staffs were very accommodating. Clear process helps to manage everyone time. Hemant from biometrics helped me to get the clear biometrics with smiling face. Very professional. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, staff is not supportive at all, ask for hard copy appointmnet letter even if customer care has informed soft copy is fine. Some people had to loose appointment time due to this. Staff do not cooperate at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor facilities,they politicaly send all the people to hospital for unnecessary check ups ,there are not a system for sitting ,we have to sit on raod in heat ,warm,rain .I request you to kindly make a system for rest because many people come here from different state and travels a long distances

Very clear about the requirements and eager to help or find a solution for biometrics related matter.
Was attended by Hemant at the Front Desk. Found him to be quite helpful explaining the process and about the attestation requirements. Needed someone like him manning Customer Care.
However, disappointed with their website and Online Customer Care. Website doesn't explicitly state the benefits of opting for Premium Lounge, which many would opt for if known beforehand.
Lost months with the process because what's being practised regarding degree attestation is different from what is described on the website or what the Customer Care highlighted.
