★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff...they are very rude they don't care at all for customer retention.I bought suit from them...It was not finished properly and it had stains which they were not accepting .Also deliverables were not given as promised.Staff doesn't know how to behave to customer.They are very arrogant.

I searched lot for the groom outfit and last came to know about QBIK, but unfortunately I had a pathetic experience. The design or better to say the sample which I selected for my fiancé it doesn’t turn out the way as it was. The fitting was *PATHETIC* when we asked for the master ji, the store manager didn’t call him for once.... Unfortunately we took the outfit to another tailor and there we got to know that you guys cut the piece too small....my fiancé is so uncomfortable in that outfit and he selected that for his engagement.
Also the delivery timeline is soo *DEPLORABLE*
HAD A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. Won’t suggest to anyone in future.

I purchased 2 outfits and they took care of all my measurements and worry.
I was very nervous to place the order post COVID but their team made sure that right fit and outfit is delivered to me on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *To be honest* There's only one word that describes this store is "Pathetic". The owner as well as the staff are ill-mannered, aggressive & proud. The owner keeps a dog lying on the counter for some reason. but neither pays attention to it or to the customers. Samples are great but the products that you get are garbage. The store might have been good 2 years back, but today it is a place where customers are insulted, demeaned & in some cases cheated. Firstly they will not timely deliver the product, even if you get it on time. Defects & fit issues will definitely be there. If you will ask them to make some changes, they will not bother. It's like take it or leave it. & there goes your money (because they already took the money when you finalized the product). Qbik falls short in every parameter that defines a good store. I urge people don't fall for this. It's not Qbik it's Qbitch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a one-stop shop for all your occasions go for Qbik. I have visited the store last week bought some amazing outfits for myself and my family. I had an amazing experience with the staff. The best part of my visit was the dog in the store he was so adorable half of the time I was playing with him. And he helped me choose the outfits.
So I will highly recommend Qbik.
