The problem with these Insurance agents was that they could offer me insurance policies of only 2-3 companies that they were empanelled with while Qian Insurance Broking offered me more than 10 options. This gave me much more confidence while selecting my insurance policy.
The policy was issued in 3 days. The team was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between various health Insurance policies.

They made the porting very quick and smooth.
My previous insurance agent had refused to help me with my claim. The team at Qian not only resolved my claim but also switched me to a better mediclaim policy which did not have any room rent capping and sub limits.
My new health insurance policy also has better features and reasonable premium.
It is better to take a health insurance policy from a broker as they have greater options rather than an insurance agent.
