★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely happy with the PROMPT response to trace my documents over WhatsApp with QMS Staff. This member of staff certainly deserves to be appreciated (17:00 - 12 Feb 2021). Due to covid restrictions documents were delivered to watchman.
I would appreciate if the airway bill Proof of delivery instead of SELF states "Watchman" or "delivered to security staff at society gate" to be able to trace. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Week & consignment not delivered. When ask customer care they said we'll try by Monday, if not then Tuesday. Consignment was booked on the 7th April & picked up on the 8th April by QMS team. Very slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless courier company. Keeping consignment at their Bengaluru office without delivering. The person is so arrongant that he tells that he can keep consignment for 4 days without delivering. They have only one office in entire Bengaluru. Never use this courier. Contacted their office at Pune. Only one person is available and she doesn't know anything. India Post is 1000 times better. Wonder why ICICI Bank chose this courier to send ATM card. Consignment delivered on 4th day.
