*Vipul patil* :- No discount at all on the purchase of books worth Rs.7000/- Every book store offers min 10% discount but here the faces are stone cladded. They even charged for gift paper.....do not let the customer feel himself insignificant in your business of crores....
*Nishant Ghate* :- Lot of variety but the place has no ventilation. We could not spend 15 mints in shop and still we were sweating like anything
*Chartered GURU* :- Bought two watches form this shop, one of the watch was not working, he just showed one watch as working. And said other one is also working, was in hurry, so I didn’t check. felt like cheated, when I gone back for returning, he didn’t respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are highly unprofessional, my friend was buying gift on a important occasion, and staff took it to the counter saying he'll keep it for billing(my friend refused the offer still he insisted) by the time my friend was selecting another gift they sold it to someone else and no proper answer, and there is a lady(maybe owner/manager)who have behaved rudely in previous visits, place with decent collection but staff are uncourteous.

Staff is competent and quick.
One place where you find all the books, you want to read in Aurangabad. The books are kept in a very organised way. If you are books lover, this place is gonna be your Love corner. No books related to competitive exams or school/college syllabus are available there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has quite a lot of variety of books, toys and gift stuff but the thing is except books, they're barely ever updated. Plus the staff doesn't even turn off lights and fan unless prompted. Also everything is so expensive like where's the discount?? Almost everything in there can be bought at a cheaper rate online.
