I worked 11 months , after that I got admission into m.tech in govt. College via govt counselling. But the HR department asking to a serve notice period as of the classes started from 2nd August,19. Can't they understand it's govt. process how anyone can sure & resign , start serving notice period. But other companies wave off their employees with best wishes in this case. QACA also wave off their employees those joining other companies..."not for higher studies". Qaca never think for employees career & benefits. Management even not cross check all proofs which are provided.& If you argue with them, then they hustle you for your salary, experience letter ,releasing in provident funds etc.
justify this...
My point is
you can give a wave off to an employee who is switching the job & can serve a notice period as well ? Is that right?
....or
Any employee who is going for his higher education cannot do a serve notice period because the classes have started, do they even make it right?
choose wisely..

We visited this place for internship because my friend relative are in good position in this company and this company have good environment and good infrastructure.
You can go for opportunities of job
And you can also take services from them btw I have no idea about there service quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qaca is a worst in every sphere of mechanical engineering firms, it's a third party company & will not be beneficial for your future endeavours. they give you a salary of 10k only which is lesser than a labourer's monthly payments. No use of your skills & education. Don't waste your life here. I'm again repeating don't work here.

they took a hefty amount from industries to provide 100% Inspection but gives approximately half to their quality inspectors. worst management, they even deduct the salary & overtime hours from their employees for a small mistake. please don't indulge in this firm. there's no growth in third party firms, be prepare yourself for better than wasting your precious time doing this work. this work is for labour class uneducated people but if you can read this then you are already not made for this job. Not beneficial for your career & health.
