They promptly reached my parents place in North Kolkata while the lockdown is in place. They not only provided the required medical support but helped my senior parents emotionally, they had just lost their younger son to covid.
Always prompt in sending updates on how my parents are doing and getting the doctor consultations on time and coordinating with the diagnostics labs for reports.
