★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The associate manning the store Munna uncle was super friendly and offered to help after noticing that I was unsure of what to buy.
He took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different brands they had. He then hand-picked pairs of sunglasses that best fit the shape of my head, and even brought out an eyewear tray so we could easily compare different products.
It was a great experience and I appreciated his sincere effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!! Not at all recommended!! I had to come to the shop for 5 times to make a pair of glasses. The staff also doesn't have a good behaviour..They are cheating customers with high prices and a sweet face. I had to book a cab for 300 for making a pair of glasses (300X5=1500). Now who will return my 1500 and the time I wasted in travel and the shop.!! Worst opticians ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went to this store I had a bad experience that sent me back one day. The people in the shop are very careless It doesn't work properly and makes people wait for a long time. It took me 10 minutes to stand for 1 hour 2 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer to this shop for almost 10 years or more. What this shop brings you is the largest collection of Eyeware frames you'll find in Kolkata. I stay 1 hours from this place and got many Opticians near my house, but the mere variety of this place wants you to come here everytime.
There is a doctor available here as well who does eye checkup for Rs.200.
If you are in a hurry, this shop will prepare your powered glasses within 2 hours only fitted to the frame you chose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys I am their Customer from last 15 years, they were good but now their staffs behavior are very bad, and their services are poor, they waste my valuable time and money because i dont buy the frames from them. i cant even see ehen i wear my glasses, thry gave me wrong ptoducts, whrn i ask them they said its ok. Guys its an honest review, plz beaware to buy from them. I will post this message everywhere , cause they behaved very rudely.
