Oh my god. 4 year bond. Itne me to degree mil jaegi ? Not Recommended.

It's a good organization to work and learn. Your Managers and colleagues are always there to support you, wherever and whenever you lack they always there to boost up your confidence, they guide you at every step.?

They take Interview after they give temp offer letter, then they take your all data for Verification after that HR calls you that you are selected but they take some time cause it was hold from client side. Total waiste your time...nothing else.It happens with my friend.

Worst Rule of this company:- 1. you have any leave (PL, CL,EL,comp off) . you can't use this leave. because this leave in HR policy but not in manager rule. 2. you have no experience in working then company will say that you will be to signed on bond paper for the four years other wise he will be not provide to joining the latter. 3. if you have any year of experience then silently he will join to you and after join he will forced you to sign on bond 4. If you have signed on bond paper. then manager will treat with you just like waiter in this company. 5. Also manager will say to you. can't leave this company other wise he will take legal action with you and not give to join any other company. 6. Here In HR policy You will be take to work for more than 12 hours on behalf of comp off leave but manger will not approved this leave. 7. When you are going to resign this company, HR will say we are doing nothing, all things are doing manager and when you're going to manager he says all things are doing HR. Lastly this company send the notice for pay the money for six months with CTC and also torture you with your family through this company. 8. Company provide the offer letter with joining date but not joined on that date. 9. At joining time manager will promised with you he will increase your salary 50% to 100% but not increase any salary. So this is my humble request and suggest to everyone on this platform kindly don't join this company even if you need a job and please share the message to all.

Worse company i have ever seen in my life. Please dont ever join even if you need a job, this is my humble request to all please dont if you want to save your future. Management are always playing with their employees future. They always force employees to sign bond if you broke this they file court case to you which is very bad for your future and future company

I was recruited by a company called #QUALIX #Information #System #LLP during the pandemic as #DBA and I had joined because I didn’t have any option and have to support my family. After I joined this company, they forced me to accept the bond for 4 years with the salary of Rs.12,000/month and told me that it would increment on 6 months but it never happens even they didn't give copy of bond paper to me, and also never provide salary on time. I had no option, so I worked with this company with hope but turn out nightmare for me because, after office hours, my manager called me at midnight and forced me to support the project and complete it. Literally, I was working 24x7, and even though, they doesn’t mention anything about this bond and stressful work environment before joining. Even though the salary wasn’t enough for me to support myself and I am not able to survive in #NOIDA and not able to support my family. So, I decided to leave #QUALIX #Information #System #LLP company however the management doesn’t accept my resignation in the first place and they told me that if I really want to leave the company, had to pay some 3 Lacs approx amount to the company which is a huge amount for me. The manager always threatens that 'I will not let anyone leave the company'. He said also 'If someone leaves the company, then the management will file a #court case against him and will not allow him to work anywhere else in life'. The manager is always dishonest in front of all the employees, and says that you do not know anything, what are you doing all day, you will not get a job anywhere other than here. This kind of condition was pathetic for me. So, I left the company on 8th November 2021 peacefully with respect given to all management and with proper resignation. However, the company is now harassing me and my family by sending legal letters to us with different name of company QUALIK INFORMATION SYSTEM pictures are attached for ref. And now they are playing with my future and this is my humble request and advice to everyone on this platform kindly don’t join this company even if you need a job.
