★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many flaws, that needs quick fix. Moreover there's no support if anythings goes wrong. QLC will ask for money even though, its free upto 25 users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever use any products of this company, absolutely worst company to throw your money for there products, they don't even have proper support staff ( in normal conditions also) to handle your queries and what ever available is also don't know any technicality of their own product.
So please stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst team & service. I think most of the above reviews are fake or from their own employees.
There is no monthly billing. They charge for 1 year (I paid around 7Lacs).
I faced problems on 1st month itself. So I asked for refund. There is no email response from their team. Later, Their representative convinced me to use the service for couple of months and they will try to fix everything. Now it has been 6 months but not even 10% of the service was allowed to be used by us and we are totally disappointed and feel that our hard earned money is wasted.
Even now we are asking for the refund for the remaining 6 months so that we can buy service from other provider. They are playing by delaying the response and process so that the tenure will be completed.
Now I came to know that there are many companies in my state faced problems and lost money with QLC and MailDirect (Their promotional email platform). All of them are going to write their reviews soon.
