★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know much about school but the first thing I noticed is the rude behaviour of receptionist who was giving admission forms. First thing a child should learn is politeness but if the staff does not have that politeness what they are going to teach children? Everyone is paying to the school and everyone has the right to get respect and proper response. School should have someone as a receptionist who is polite and knows how to handle parents.
