I will suggest, never ever choose Quest Infotech Pvt Ltd for servicing your laptop or desktop as they all are fraud over there. Quest Staff is famous for their fraudulent activities as we already suffered.. They only try to earn money by making customer fool..

if you have any problem with your acer product in warrenty just opt for an on-site service reason being these service centre people are very bad at service never give your device to them.
I will tell youayou my experience I have an acer swift 3 sf314-57g laptop I went into this service center on June 5th 2020 I was having an issue with my screen getting black bar in the middle of the screen so gave it to them on the same day.
They asked me to wait till 3-4 business day to get it repaired I followed up with them accordingly they said they will have to wait untill acer send them the replacement screen which hasn't arrived yet.
After an excruciatingly long wait time and n number of rejected call burdan from service center they told me it is done you can pickup your laptop on 17th June 2020.
I went into the service center to pickup the laptop i found that there is a huge gap in between the screen bazel and the screen where dirt and grime can easily get in and damage the screen. So i asked them to the check they said it is going to be like that. "Mr.Praveen" from service center also mentioned that he is doing the favour to me by replacing the screen because it is not ment to be covered under warrenty. Who the hell is he to decide the whether acer covered it under the warrenty or not , it is acer's decision not any third party repair center. After the long debate and consultation with " acer zonal head Mr. Upendar" they decided to keep the laptop for another day and get it fixed properly.
I will update the review after i recived the laptop also be stay tuned for review on YouTube for detailed analysis along with video,audio and call recording of their staff. I will leave the youtube link once posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service center... They are trying to loot customers.... They are only interested in their service charge... Technicians have absolutely no knowledge... Whatever the problem they will ask you to change motherboard without even diagnosing properly.... Bunch of idiots, good for nothing... Don't waste your money here...
