There is no support from customer care as well. No call center response.
ICICI bank should tie up with some other courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder I see everyone giving the rating as 1*. Actually google should provide a way to give zero rating. Here is my story - My ICICI card was couriered on 8th Feb. I got the message and OTP on the next day. So I assumed that I will receive it on 9th Feb. As of today (12th Feb), the status shows "Out for delivery", and there is no contact from Quick Mail. Why would a bank like ICICI chose such a pathetic and unprofessional?

Would give 0 stars
My shipment has been out for delivery since 2nd of march
It took them 3 days to reach nashik from Pune
Apart from that today is 8th of march and still no sign of delivery
As I’ve read other reviews everyone is facing the same problem
They say they attempted delivery but it’s all fake
I still haven’t received my parcel I requested them to please look into matter as I needed the card for emergency purpose they and they were very rude and told me that they have many other parcels too for delivery
ICICI bank should look into this matter and please try to partner with other courier company

My icici chequebook was planned to be delivered. By quick mail solutions, but to my surprise i received a sms from bank that Quick Mail Solutions tried to attempt the delivery on 28th Feb but was uncussessful, even though I was at my residence the whole day.
Such a cheat company, don't know why banks like ICICI are tied up with them .
Will raise a complaint with the bank as well.
