★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality and Quantity both are good. It's very small place but have lots of Tables provided to sit. This place is good to have a Tea or bun maska. They even serve Chinese food. And various chicken Dishes. They Serve water in a Bottle. You can also ask them for Bisleri bottle instead of normal Water bottle. Place is good and it's very pocket friendly. It is not expensive at all. You can also take delivery. They provide good service. Most importantly it's open for 24/7. Hungry by 3 am go to Qutuz.

They should make sure that the timings mentioned are accurate, as of 16/11/2019 4:15 AM I paid a visit to the location to my utter disappointment the place was shut with no timing mentioned. I drove with high my mouth salivating thinking the whole way about sipping and dunking those bun maska in chai. So y’all can understand why the 2 stars, well I hope the management gets to notice this and update here on google. But a 5 star to their food I must say it’s really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best irani chai cafes in town. Flavor and taste of tea is very good. It's so unique unlike other chai which we get in India. So thick and creamy one. They serve Bun maska as well which is so yummy to eat with chai. Must try it when in Mira road. It's so refreshing. 5* for chai and prompt service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kheema pav was good. Tried Chicken and Mutton Cutlets which were crispy. Missed the Irani Chai...which is served in morning till 12 pm and 6 pm till close as visit was 3:30 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant should never call themselves Irani hotel. There is nothing Irani about it. Got everything wrong from Zomato delivery to food quality and taste.
The food arrived in time but the Zomato delivery guys kept his helmet on the food and squeezed out all the oil on the packet. Egg bhurji was onion bhurji..full of onion and less egg. Mutton kheema was literary burnt brown and tasted bitter. Bun maska was tutti frutti bun. Butter was applied as if was the most precious thing they have. And top of all this Hair on the pav.. disgusting.. Utterly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mutton keema here was nothing like the other irani cafés in Mumbai. The hotel as well as the kitchen was not clean. Nevertheless, the Iranian Tea was good and they made it the traditional way, so 2 stars
