So one of my friends had an interview with QX. She cleared almost all the rounds. Then there's this thing happening that she had to call the lady who is the HR of the company - Miss Kajal Chauhan. This lady doesn't even have the courtesy to give her a call and let my friend know that she hasn't been selected and instead says she doesn't have any feedback for her. We wonder why is this happening instead of calling the candidate and letting know them that they ain't qualified and give them the feedback. Miss Kajal Chauhan is so unprofessional and needs to know how to deal with people being in this profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QX Is one of the best company bcos CEO is British and doesn't treat ppl bad, unlike indian boss, however management ppl are indian and corrupted, one of the main reason it's promotion strategy is bad as ediot like moiz lightvala is given position of SDM who has no knowledge of process neither he's interested in learning, all he does is chamchagiri and it works sadly, if it was Britton moiz lightvala had not even got toilet cleaner job, also an ediot like Chandresh panchal is admin head he's totally non deserving of them all.

They provide a wide platform to their employees to work for different divisions like Recruitment, Finance and Accounting services. It has around 3k+ FTEs. They facilitate a great benefits to their employees like meal, transportation etc. according to the clients standard. They offer a good salary as per the candidate's skills and interview with HR. For openings you can always visit QX website to explore the position which suits you. So if you're looking for a job go for it.

I was a part of marketing team at QX and was been allocated a client in the UK to manage campaigns. The client was senseless, confused and was so much swaped with work that he used to forget what instructions he had passed on to the marketing subordinates. The client lacked leadership and human skills.
The client and QX both expected me to perform on the job since Day1 (without any formal training)
On top of it, the Marketing Head didn't had any voice and nor he took a stand for the candidates that he onboarded. Again, he lacked leadership skills.
I wouldn't recommend in their right minds to accept any offer at QX Global for any of their locations. They have a poor employee culture.
