I can understand, you should think in customer point of view too. As the shop is very small, you don't display all items, when we ask that lady refused to show models, better not put her in store, Bob cut lady.impolite and arrogant,other staf lazy.
You were not allowing to take one pic, how can you share in Whatsup for others. You are not giving bills too.

β β β β β R C Scientific Gold or Sri Vani Gold Shop is quite familiar and good ornamental shop in BVK Iyenger Road. Very recently they moved to a new building which is opposite to their old shop. They have a wide range of ornamental and costume made gold plated jewelry's. The cost of materials here are quite reasonable and this is also one of the reason people are get more attracted to.
Though I wanted to give a 5/5 rating, few things which made me to rate it as 3/5 because of the following reasons I faced as a customer:
Reason-1, when I asked about the quality assurance for the product am purchasing they didn't show me any certified certificate. They assured me orally which is quite embarrassing.
Reason-2, After all confirmation of our product purchase, they said that CREDIT-CARD NOT ACCEPTABLE. We only take cash or paytm or phone pe(very poor network even to transfer the amount through online).
They should have communicated us about the mode of payment in the initial stage only. Atleast, they should have put a placard or board in their shop for customer clarity.
Reason-3, the owner(male guy) of the shop is very impatient to address the customer queries properly and even I observed that he is not so polite with their sub-ordinates or employees; the way he was ordering to them. However, the owner(female one) was quite patient, she was handling the customers politely.
