★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unreliable cab service out there.This cab service doesn't even deserve a STAR.
The day we were about to start our journey, the cab service sent me a different car than what i asked for. When inquired, the guy on the phone who was talking very nicely the day before was rude enough to tell me to cancel the car. Looking at my options and time, i said ok for the car available after which the R COOL CABS demanded money for the entire trip before starting the journey.
The car broke down mid-way, and i am still awaiting my refund.
I left the car around 120 km away, for which I was asked to pay the return fare. Can you imagine?!!! Car broke...I pay the cab service for my loss of time
This is the my worst experience ...
P.S. Writing fake reviews doesn't make you good cab service,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked R Cabs online, and the ride was from Pune to Mumbai Airport, last month. The cab was on time, driver was polite & he drove very well. The driver took all the safety measures.
In all, highly satisfied.

He has specifically mentioned our requirements. But still-
1. The driver came late for pickup.
2. Mr Rehan promised to send Disel car but he sent CNG car.
3. Whole journey I was down due to smell of CNG.
4. The driver took round and round to get CNG and we again got late.
5. The driver was talking on the phone. We asked him to stop the car and talk but still he was talking on the phone while driving speedily on Tamhini Ghat.
6.Whole time the driver was chewing tobacco and spitting.
We paid 100% amount which was not worth.
Not at all professional.
I will never recommend anyone to use R Cabs.
