★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service center I have ever seen in my life. I said you spend 6 hours to do scooty service, is the opposite teaching me to service the scooty that it is not like this, the Boy name is 'VIKAS'. He is such a very uneducated person. He don't know how to talk your customers. Neither the temperament to talk nor the manners to act. Specially the guy 'VIKAS'. The delivery time of 3:30 on the slip and he wrote in his hand as 4:30 and he delivered to me that was 6:00. Management is not even try to delivered the vehicle on time as mentioned on the slip. I don't recommand anyone to visit at their service center, if you are taking any service of your vehicle then stickly ignor this service center, as happened with me.
Service center workers do not respond properly. One guy will say, we are getting it done now, Second guy will say, we are getting it done now. This will continue for 6 hours. Although I went here for the first time and it was my last time. One more thing today which I have got this scooty serviced. This is a zero percent rating of zero! One more thing, the problem that was in Scooty, they did not correct the problem at all. pathetic service centre. This is a feedback from my side because I have skipped a very important class today because of you.
So please Mr R.K. you pay attention to your workers and brief them.

They do understand customers' needs and prioritize them. I am really impressed and now it has become my go to service centre.
