★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good on main road near jhilmil metro station.
But their service is worst, I purchased new bike and it was my first service and it was very disappointing.
Bike was not cleaned at all and they charged me for polishing...
Sorry for my words but it's pathetic.
Hope R.K. Automobile will focus on customer service rather than just selling their bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of this service center actually respects women. I went there to get my scooty's body changed and it took around a week however it worth the wait. The scooty was badly damaged due to an accident. They got it nicely done and it didn't cost me a lot since my vehicle has an insurance. I was not in town so I requested them to send the scooty to my place since no one was there to pick it. They sent my scooty to my place, hand over the key to my tenants and even asked me to get in touch in case I experience any issues in the near future. I didn't expect a two wheeler service center to be this prompt, but they made be believe it. I don't exactly remember the name of the lady I was in touch with, I guess Seema but m not sure. She is fair and has green eyes. A beauty with brains ?
More power to you R.K automobiles?

Went there to get my free service done. They charged a very nominal fee from me as the labor charge. Seema madam is a lady of her word, she is a go-to person at the workshop who has a solution to every problem that a customer faces.

I visited this workshop last month to get my scooty's service done. The staff is very cooperative I must say, they listened to me patiently and got everything fixed on time. They do understand customers' needs and prioritize them. I am really impressed and now it has become my go to service centre.
