Now it shows that the book has been delivered to the security guard but the security guard denies having received any book. I don't know what to do now. 433 rupees seem to have gone down the drain.

When messaged on what's up no response
Picked up the phone and cancelled the order stating that it is delayed from press after 15 days
If they know the issue from day 1 why they did not inform
I feel they need to make their online system stable before accepting any order.

β β β β β I have placed an order and they promised that it will be shipped within 15 days. However, I have not received any communication from the book store and they didn't attend my call as well. Now i have ordered the book outside as the school people are requesting for the book. I have also requested for cancellation or deliver other books and no response for that as well.
