★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought 7 VIP/Carlton bags from RK Collection's over the past few years. When selling bags Nilesh Savla (owner) will nake promises which his "aukad" won't be able to cash. Case in point a recent replacement under warranty. VIP replaced the bag by giving the store a credit note. This guy never showed us the note, yet we had to pay extra for a replacement under warranty. Highlighted the issue with Mr Ravi (Head of Customer Care) who also asked him to show the credit note to us - but this guy Nilesh is on his own ego trip. Wasted almost 15 days negotiating but he won.
So lesson learnt - sharing my experience. Never buy expensive VIP or Carlton bags from this store. Bech to denge baad mein aapka headache.
