Pathetic service, nobody is available to attend customers. Moreover, queries are not answered by subordinates and they behave completely absurd. Didn't bought items, can't comment on quality. Taking absolute advantage of being one of two Havells distributor in city !!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience. They don't believe in customer satisfaction. You will regret to buy anything from here. Worst shop in Moradabad for electrical things. Do not buy anything from here. The prices are very high and they are just looting your money from you. You will get the same product at cheaper rate in another shop.
Staffs here are very bad.

โ โ โ โ โ My experience here was very poor. The staffs here are very non supporting and very third class staff is here. Being one of the big shop they have another level of negative attitude. You will here feel like you are in some govt. office and struggling to get your things done. I will suggest you to not buy anything from here. You will end up regretting then.
Worst shopping experience of my life. Staffs here don't listen. you will have to struggle for hours even if you want to buy only an LED. zero rating from my side.
