No after sales support,
No interest in customer interaction
Servicing is carried out in totally hidden area where customer can't even see what's going on to their vehicles
Service managers don't allow customers to go inside the service area and meet any of the device personnel , if customer wants to share any problem, they just force us to write it on a piece of paper and without even making any test ride after servicing to ensure if customer is satisfied or not, they force customers to take their vehicles off.
निहायती बदतमीज सर्विस एरिया है, सिर्फ इनको गाड़ी बेचने से मतलब है । एक बार बिक गयी फिर ये कौन आप कौन....किसी को नही पहचानेंगे
Even at the time of selling vehicles, they ignore most of the talks by showing themselves busy in some work.....
Aur ye gaadi ki delivery dete samay jo chabi pakdaate ho....Kya badtameeji hai .....??
Gift de rahe ho...?.....Hai aukaat tumhari gift dene ki 10 lakh ki gaadi....?.....Abe paisa de ke khareed rahe....Drama karne ki jarurat nahi hai.....Faltu ke...........Abhi plastic ka jo chabi dikha ke photo click karte ho wo plastic wali chabhi maang lein to muh banaoge jaise kidney maang li gayi ho.....
Paise me koi kami nahi rahni chahiye bas loot lo jaha se mile....
Ek air freshener dete time aisa lagta h jaise inke ghar jamin likhwa liya gaya ho....
