★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The visit to 'R K Marble-Experience one' was an experience in itself. I first visited their showroom at Mayapuri Industrial area, which i found quite impressive. There Mr. Sandeep Bhalla, AVP urged us to visit their site at Gurugram.
I am glad to have visited the site at Gurugram.
They have a wonderful and wide variety collection of stones. The manager sales at the site, Mr. Hemant Bagra took us around their facility. He patiently detailed us about the various intricacies and was quite forthcoming about our queries. I did get to choose the Marble of my choice I was looking for my home.
I am glad that R K Marble has ventured into Delhi NCR. It will help many others like me to fulfill our dreams of getting stones at a reasonable price.

Happy to suggest you to manage for a wheel-chair as your ware house is too big to cover by aged persons.
Also, you may cover the picture of your inventory through video presentation and after shortlisting a few, one may practically view the selected stones instead of visiting the entire lots in order to make the selection process easier and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photos are not doing justice to this place. Just one word - Marvelous. It is very beautiful and the best design studios I have ever visited(which are many by the way). They are very polite and gave us the best service. I loved the way Smita showed us each and everything. She was wonderful and had a really great design sense. Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor customer service, during the time of purchase, they promised something else, but at the time of payment they changed the terms. The lot we bought, was not even matching.All the marble slabs not matching. Gave us the rejected lot .On our complaint, they took it casually, and started misbehaving and started to argue not only with us, even the marble contractor and our architect.Instead of finding a solution they are were just so rude and arrogant . Would love to share each of the details in next review.VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

They are very reasonable and open for discount in case you deal with them . Their stock is available in 16-18 mm. They have a huge warehouse where it is kept. The people are very helpful and help you choose the best .
