★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely arrogant and psychotic owner, my wife got her lenses changed from this shop and the moment she wore the glasses she felt strain in her eyes, the owner of the shop, so claims to be a trained optometrist started telling us that the lenses are as per the power when she is clearly facing discomfort. The lenses were also dirty and when pointed out that the power in the glasses needs to be rechecked for accuracy he started shouting and quarreling with us demanding his money, ofcourse we shouted back but left him as there was no point continuing the conversation with a psycho like him, this store and the owner are a complete disaster and they dont do much business too, a neurotic owner who doesn't have any empathy and is inaccurate in his assessment with poor quality work
