This store is owned by a managed by a man named Rakesh. The collection of the store is okay but the price is quite expensive. Even, if you insist to show you some economical range of frames then that would not even last for a week. Also, understand that the reviews like nice store, good, bad does not create any idea in your mind. Your reviews should be backed by your personal experience and not with the intention of just writing a review. Earlier, I had bought contact lens from this store and it was at the usual market price. Other times, I have given him business by getting spectacles for my family. If you are in urgent need of specs, then go to this or any other local optician it would not matter much. There is no much choice either. Most of the optician have that kind of homogenous collection and similar prices. However, I have a great suggestion to make. ALWAYS, get your eyes tested by a professional eye specialist doctor and not an optician. An optician would not charge you for testing but they do not know or would not tell you if there is any issue with your eye. They just want to sell their wares and it is up to you to take care of your eyes. You can visit an eye hospital or there is a local eye doctor by the name Jaypuria in the vicinity. Get your eyes thoroughly checked at least once in six months. Get the prescription and then if you wish go to the opticians like this store to make your specs. I made my progressive glasses from him. He will show you that you are getting a great discount but it is actually the price that you get anywhere. Also, don't fall prey to the gimmicks like 1 year warranty on the glass, etc because all those claims really do not help. There is no scratch warranty or a replacement for breakage. Your eye power would not change in a week or fortnight. So, other than these things, there is no reason you want to go for a warranty. All those are empty claims and promises. Beware of that before you pay for a premium price. Hunt for some good prices online and offline before you put a few thousand rupees on the eyewear. Also, when you are shopping for an eye frame, make sure you ask the price range of what he is offering BEFORE you purchase anything. Otherwise, it would be like whatever price comes from their mouth would be the final one. The store mentions that they accept credit cards etc. But my experience is that 95% of the times, his card machine does not work or that is what the owner always says that. Be ready to shed cash or give him the convenience to transfer your money from your bank account to his bank account without the benefit of using your wallet or credit card. And by the way, the receipt that you get from the store is just a plain receipt and not valid for accounting purpose. I think that is the case with almost all the opticians. Overall, I would say this is another average optician store and nothing to brag about.
