★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Rahul packers on the middle of this month to deliver my belongings from Kolkata to Bangalore. I will point down the pros and cons of this company down below -
PROS - Excellent packaging. None of my things, including electronics got damaged. They packaged all the boxes with lots of protection and cushioned my equipments properly.
CONS - I would have stroke off a couple of stars just because of the harrasment I faced from the driver. There was no communication between the driver and Rahul packers. The driver constantly called me to send him some money as he was short of diesel and eventually my stuff was received on Monday. For which I was waiting from Saturday. Now, I understand travelling for 2000 kms, the delivery time can be delayed. But a false promise was made for which I had to skip my work for 2 days.
Even during delivery, the driver threatened me to take away some boxes just because Rahul packers wasn't paying him the alloted money to carry the boxes into my flat.
Advise for the company - As per the driver, you have a history of paying late or skipping payment to the drivers and workers. I believe the driver was rude from the beginning just because of that. I have given you 3 stars because of the great packaging where I should have given 1 star because of the harrasment I faced. Just a little advise to grow your company, co ordinate properly with the cargo drivers and don't make your customers pay for your insufficiencies.
