I had acquired a thoroughbred Dalmatian puppy with the help of Mr Anshu. The guidance, assistance and end-to-end service provided by the Manager was top-notch and everyone was really helpful and made the whole experience very smooth and easy. Moreover the store is well-stocked with pet foods, winter-coats, accessories and even basic medicines for pets of all kinds. All-in-all a terrific experience.

The worst Pet shop, I was a first time dog owner and I got a golden retriever about 1 month old ( according to them) They lied to me in the first place about his age, He sold me the puppy for the less price and most importantly The dog was not properly taken care of plus He was agressive, most probably his parents were because of which he is too. Don't Buy from this shop Please, If you want confirmation or his videos contact me I'll provide you.

I did go through some of the reviews and felt compelled to write my experience with this seller for others to learn their lesson. I'm writing this couple of weeks post my experience with the seller so that i am balanced. I bought Shih Tzu from the shop on the recommendation of one of my colleagues, as they had good words for them. Well, i was buying it as i wanted my son to have an experience with animals and he was insisting too. We bought the puppy and he was very beautiful. What i noticed that he pushed through a lot of accessories alongwith puppy which was not needed at all. Well the party of blame lies with him as i didn't resist and played along, for some reasons. But i must tell you that it was funny to see guys there recommending these things which even a layman will laugh off but i played along and paid through the nose! The real story starts afterwards - Happy moments with the dog at home for an hour or so. But then the dog didn't eat the food he made us buy. 12 hours later - dog was lethargic and didn't eat. Rushed to the doctor, doctor did all his zing bang and told that dog puppy has a swollen stomach. Asked me come back after 12 hours. I ran around to get medicine as it was midnight And in less than 30 hours puppy died even after all the efforts to salvage rbe situation. Even the doctor was awake till 1 am to review on phone and recommend alternate medicine. Doctors view - He says that puppy wasn't 45 days as claimed by the seller and was too young to handle seperation. Or He was already infected with something He suggested to file a police complaint or something. But i was mindful not to fall for this after this loss. I was certainly disappointed to see a life dying in my hands and felt so remorseful for the chosing to buy a puppy so young ans seperating from their mother, notwithstanding the cause of death. Did quite a googling. But could make few inferences - 1) That it's quite selfish to buy puppies and separate them from mother at such young age. 2) The dog breeders are highly unreliable, especially in India, where the word professionalism is yet not heard leave aside understanding it. Their only objective is selling. 3) Animals are difficult to treat as they can't tell what is troubling them. 4) better adopt dogs from known people to discourage breeders. Regarding this seller, the recommendation is self explanatory. To make it more clear the pwrson is not reliable at all. Not because the puppy died but his conduct all throughout. PS - he was insisting me to give a review at the time of purchase in front of him. So tells the story of all other positive reviews and his professionalism. :-) 2 stars for his sales pitch!
